For students new to aerial, who are building strength and learning basic skills. This class will include a guided floor warm-up. Beginner Level

7 PMSilks
These classes are geared towards students that have mastered the basics of the apparatus. Prerequisite skills: invert in the air to wrap your leg and body (Single Star Drop), hipkey in the air, aerial dance lock with cross-back straddle, & 3 inverts in a row. Intermediate Level
Lyra
These classes are geared towards students that have an understanding of the basics of the apparatus. Prerequisite skills: Invert from the ground unassisted, able to hang from one knee/arm, and able to do a back balance and front balance. Adv. Beg. / Int. Level
Contortion & Handstands
7:30pm-9pm
For students who are comfortable with splits and back bends. This class will improve and build upon the skills of the individual students in attendance. Adv. Beginner Level
8 PMTrapeze
These classes are geared towards students that have an understanding of the basics of the apparatus. Prerequisite skills: Invert from the ground unassisted, able to hang from one knee/arm, and able to do a back balance and front balance. Adv. Beg. / Int. Level
