Top 5 Most Asked Questions at Aerial Arts NYC
Sadly, no. We make sure to keep our classes at a specific number to ensure that everyone has plenty of time to work and try things repeatedly. Many of our classes fill up a week or more in advance, so you may have to look ahead to ensure you get a spot. Trust us, it’ll be worth it.
Unfortunately, no. Class Cards are a great way to save some money when you know that you will be attending multiple classes, but these are all sold with specific expiration dates since you are taking advantage of a significant discount for the classes. Make sure to remember that a 5 or 6 class card has a 3-month expiration and a 10, 11, or 20 class card has a 6 month expiration.
AANYC has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. You are most welcome to early cancel your reservation prior to that policy taking effect. The class will be returned to your account and you may reschedule for another class of that money value.
If you are in class and ready to participate at the 15-minute mark, you will be permitted to join, but if not, you will forfeit the class. We understand that things happen, but we ask all students to leave enough to time to arrive and get settled. (Especially with the state of MTA travel these days). We have to look out for all of the students in the class and make sure that we maintain safety and quality standards. AANYC will be moving from a 15 minute late policy to a 10 minute late policy starting on 1/1/19.
Our minimum age for participation in regularly scheduled classes is 14. For younger students we do offer the option of Private Class instruction in 30-minute and 1-hour sessions according to instructor and space availability. If you would like to set something up for young students, please email the office below.
