What Students Say About Shayna Golub
Aerial silks has been an exciting journey I have started. I have been learning from Shayna and her teaching are structured, fun but challenging. What I find most important is that she celebrates each milestone in my silks journey not matter how small, which encourages me to keep coming back and working hard each week. Her constant support and help with any and all questions I may have, and there has been many, makes each class feel like an accomplishment. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn from her as well as all the aerial arts instructors.

Shayna's aerial classes have transformed my relationship with silks. She doesn't just teach us moves, positions, and sequences - she teaches us the logic underpinning them, so that we understand how and why they work, and can figure them out rather than just memorizing them. I'd been training on silks for years without ever really thinking them through, and it's made a huge difference to my practice. She's also amazingly attentive, and always notices if any of us needs to stop, backtrack, and fix something, so I always know we're all safe. I recommend her classes to everyone!
